Kentucky succeeds when her people succeed. While the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet (ELC) cannot guarantee success for everyone, we can give people the opportunity to succeed by starting them with a strong foundation during their early childhood years and providing world-class education and training throughout school and into adulthood for safe, meaningful careers. We can give employers an opportunity to succeed by creating a qualified and prepared workforce that meets their business needs without compromising safety and fairness for all employees.
We also are there for Kentucky workers when they need help because of job loss, illness and disability. Our services promote the well-being of both business and employees, so all Kentuckians can prosper.
