Office of Unemployment Insurance

The Kentucky Office of Unemployment Insurance provides temporary financial assistance for people who are unemployed through no fault of their own. Unemployment Insurance, also called unemployment compensation, is a joint program between Kentucky and the U.S. Department of Labor.
