As a result of Senate Bill 343, recently enacted, the Department of Workers’ Claims is no longer a part of the Education and Labor Cabinet.  As a result of this legislation, the Department of Workers’ Claims’ has filed the administrative regulations listed below, including new regulations and proposed amendments to existing regulations, with the Legislative Research Commission renumbering the existing regulations in accordance with the cabinet reassignment. These regulations may be accessed on the Legislative Research Commission’s website at https://legislature.ky.gov​. Select the Kentucky Law Tab, Kentucky Administrative Regulations, KAR List by Title, then Title 803 (proposed 120) Labor Cabinet (proposed Office of the Governor - Department of Workers Claims), and scroll down to the appropriate administrative regulation under Chapter 25 Department of Workers’ Claims  (proposed Chapter 001 - Workers' Claims).   These regulations will appear in a font color other than blue.
