The Department of Workers’ Claims’ has filed the administrative regulations listed below, including new regulations and proposed amendments to existing regulations, with the Legislative Research Commission. These regulations may be accessed on the Legislative Research Commission’s website at https://legislature.ky.gov. Select the Kentucky Law Tab, Kentucky Administrative Regulations, KAR List by Title, then Title 803 Labor Cabinet and scroll down to the appropriate administrative regulation under Chapter 25 Department of Workers’ Claims. These regulations will appear in a font color other than blue. The administrative regulations, a summary of changes if an existing regulation, public hearing, and public comment information can be found by following the links below.
